Our homage to the Jonny and Brads favourite beer in their own words.

“A decade ago Brad and Jonny visited a bombed-out brewery deep in a Bohemian forest, on the promise it made the best 12 plato lager in Czechia. The memory of that triple decocted, hop-saturated golden lager has stayed with them ever since. But with the brewery's closure in 2020 the chance of tasting it again has been lost. So, when collaborating for Love & Beer Festival 2025, we thought we'd brew an homage – taking the remarkable process of Koutske Na Sumave, but using British ingredients and a little artistic license. Expect big flavour but big, frothy drinkability.”

A triple decoction brew is a very long brew day and the beers spent a long time in tank but we think its worth it.
